Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We strongly recommend having your bicycle professionally assembled by a local bike shop to ensure safety and validate your warranty.
What is your return policy for accessories and parts?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
